The Mediterranean microclimate of the Garda area and its winds benefit the single variety “Casaliva” olive cultivation, giving the produced extra virgin olive oil its characteristic aroma and its elegant flavour, with a touch of light bitterness.
The Laghel 7 “Agritur” (bio-farm), is a recently 18th century restored rural building, that lies inside a large olive grove with 300 trees, overlooking Lake Garda in the proximity of the castle of Arco.
