Corn and buckwheat flour and derived products (pasta, cookies, breadsticks,…). The Molino Pellegrini, founded in 1903, grinds corn and buckwheat. To this day it remains one of the last historical mills in Trentino where man and his experience are still a fundamental element. The company also offers cookies, pasta, bread sticks and soap with corn.
